This web page is dedicated to providing pertinent information regarding
the "Eight" point in the Becker-Hagens Planetary Grid System.
It does not go into any great depth or detail about this Planetary Grid
System. How it came to be suggested and why it is important in considering
the future of our Planet. That information can be obtained from various
books and literature available on the web, at your local books stores
and libraries.
It is dedicated to providing as much information as possible about the
eight point on this grid, and how this point relates to the natural features
of the area, topography and demographic information concerning the area.
There are maps showing the location and the nearby towns and villages.
The will also be, in time commentary on the proximity of the site and
the major grid lines that emanate from it and nearby shrines and sacred
sites. Hopefully we can capture other information related to phenomena
like occurrences of crop circles and unidentified flying objects if such
things have been observed.
I also will deal with any myths related to this place, to dispel untruths
and or misrepresentations.
This Page is a work in progress, please bookmark the page and return
to read updates as they are added and do email any comments to webmaster@primalcalling.com

"The Eight Grid Point"
|
If we take a closer
look at the map we see that one of the points lands somewhere in
the middle of Province of Alberta in Canada. In most lists its simply
identified by the number eight.

The Eight Point on the map is said to be at the following location:
52.62 N and 112.8 W. This corresponds to a nondescript patch of
farm land North East , Bashaw, Alberta. While I expect to find,
upon visiting the spot either a grain field or a pasture, at this
time I do not know exactly what is located on the barren hill-side
that corresponds to this spot.
Using a mapping program I have generated a more detailed map of
the area. The following is an extraction of this map. The Black
Lines that emanate from the point match the lines shown Becker-Hagens
map.

| Local History of the Area |
Yes, this exact spot is today farmland. Buffalo Lake just to the south of the
point was named after the herds of Buffalo that were known to graze
in the area in the 1870's.

A nearby hill called "Boss Hill" was the location of
a Metis community in the latter part of the 1800's. After the Buffalo
Herds were destroyed and a disastrous fire the settlement was abandoned.
Most of the residents left the area.
The nearby town of Meeting Creek was named after the creek in that
area by the same name. Meeting Creek itself was named such because
it was the point along Battle River where the locals would gather
for the annual buffalo hunt. Usually they would camp out at Boss
Hill where they could keep a look-out to guard against the approach
of hostiles or for the location of the Buffalo herd.
Another nearby town of Bashaw was named after a local who homesteaded
there around 1900.
The point itself is in the Whitebrush District. Named such after
a nearby dry lake, which is surrounded by brushes colored white
by their absorption of alkali from the soil/water.
Seen in the background of the picture here:

Odd as it may seem, there are no recorded native Medicine Wheels,
Glyphstones, Petroforms, PetroGlyphs or other edifices that might
suggest that the site has some sort of shamanic or spiritual significance,
within 85 kilometers of the site.
The exact spot it quite likely in the field pictured here,

The nearest significant sites are RibStone Sites at Wolf Hill and
and Endiang, Alberta. Incidentally the nearest Medicine Wheel is
the Rumsey Medicine Wheel which is located 94 kilometers to the
south of this site.

I also suspect that other sites in the Milk River Ridge
will be close to this line, but then the Medicine Wheels can
be found on most high hills in Southern Alberta. |

| Future Research |
I said this was work in progress. Here is a short list of what
I going to do in terms of researching this site, and other things
related to the Work Grid.
- Investigate Archeological Surveys of the Area for reports of
significant sites.
- Investigate Local Newspaper and Local Histories for reports
of significant information.
- Dowse the site for possible existence of Earth Energy/Ley Lines.
