Recently I was able to visit the site of this Medicine wheel. The location is several miles off paved roads and involves a 1/2 mile drive down a road allowance and then a 1/2 mile hike across private property (for which permission was dutifully obtained. The weather was overcast and there was intermittant rain. The site has a distinct magical quality befitting its designation as a sacred site.
