Sesoator
An Old Map

This Drawing is by Jean L'Heureux

Comments:

The matter of the remarkable Kekip Sesoator stone and the hill where it was found was brought to my attention a number of years ago when I read an account about the stone by Jean L'Heureux. This rock was removed from its original site and presented to the Marquis of Lorne when he visited Alberta during his term as Governor General of Canada. The rock is now housed in the Museum of Civilization, but it is an artifact that is integral to Alberta's Aboriginal history. The Wintering Hills are said the original site of this stone.
