In fact its normal in the order of 25 significant Earthquakes logged per day on this site. Sometimes it takes a few days for all of them to get recorded on the site, but if its a big one it will be recorded within minutes of it happening.

Its worth noting that at this time the Earth's Magnetic field has drastically declined. Also its important to note that the position of the Magnetic North Pole is shifting constantly. At this time the average position of the Magnetic North Pole is moving at a rate of approximately 42 kms/year northward along the 90 Degree West Longitude. This movement is unprecedented in recorded history.
